“I appreciated the efforts of Succession Corporate Finance. They played a key role in negotiating and finalising the deal. In fact I do not think we would have progressed as far as we did and as quickly as we did without them.”

“We were looking for an adviser who could identify and approach potential buyers internationally in the video games sector. Succession identified a Japanese purchaser which will allow Side to continue to grow. The Succession team was professional and tenacious to ensure that the deal reached a successful conclusion despite the inherent difficulties of a cross border transaction.”
Andy Emery, Managing Director of Side
“We were recommended to speak to Succession. They understood the different requirements of the shareholders of a people business and unlocked a really interesting and diverse international purchaser universe which gave us several options from which to choose. They showed us the way, really knew their craft and negotiated a brilliant deal. We could not have done it without them.”
Andy Keith, Managing Director, Total Logistics
OUR INTERNATIONAL REACH
Our capabilities and reach are not limited to the UK. We have worked on transactions in many countries across five continents.
Most of our projects involve an international dimension. We have access to a large number of markets and key industry contacts across the globe which have translated into around half of our disposal projects being sold to international buyers, with overseas offers on 75% of sale mandates.
“Succession invested a considerable amount of time upfront and indentified a number of highly relevant purchasers, both domestic and cross-border, who we met during the sale process. Succession provided continuous hands on support and advice, and the process could not have gone any smoother”
Dean Yardley, CEO of Hitched Ltd
“We chose Succession to help us to sell River because we are not a large business but they made us feel as if we were. They helped us to write a pretty fantastic information memorandum, recommended and enticed a great list of potential purchasers and schooled us in how to best present our business.”
Nicola Murphy, CEO at River Group
"Professional, persistent and diligent, Succession made a tough process much easier than we'd expected. They were worth every penny and I'd not hesitate to recommend them.“
